We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet applicable North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
