Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in-store with selecting vitamins, supplements, and health products
• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately
• Process in-store and phone orders efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves
• Restock products and ensure proper product rotation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers
• Receive and check incoming shipments
• Keep the store presentable and well merchandised at all times
• Support sales and help drive store growth through great customer service
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling phone orders and multitasking
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in health, wellness, and supplements
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
