Operations Rep

We are looking for a reliable and organized person to support office operations, printing, and basic IT needs.

This is a hands-on, junior role for someone practical and responsible who is comfortable owning day-to-day office and print issues.

What this person will do
  • Print & production
  • Maintain printers and print room
  • Handle client printing
  • Ensure paper and toner are stocked
  • Keep print area organized
Office supplies & inventory
  • Receive and unpack deliveries
  • Stock and manage office supplies
  • Order supplies and equipment
Equipment & IT
  • Manage computers, screens, phones, and accessories
  • First line for in-office IT issues
  • Fix basic problems and escalate when needed

Work with IT vendors
  • Understand basic network, printers, access systems, cameras

New hire setup
  • Order equipment
  • Physically set up desks and workstations
  • Coordinate access

General admin support
  • Office assistant support for executives
  • Handle basic administrative tasks

Must-have skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable owning office and print operations
  • Basic IT troubleshooting
  • Vendor coordination
  • Inventory and supply management
  • Can juggle multiple tasks
  • Clear communicator
