Recording Officer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recordings person. This person will ensure accurate document recording in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and excels in a collaborative, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare recordable documents for accuracy and compliance.
Submit documents for county recording and track completion.
Communicate with title officers, lenders, agents, and clients to resolve issues.
Update transaction systems with status and recording details.

Qualifications:
1+ year in title insurance recordings position. Post closings management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with SoftPro, our title software company is a plus.
