Qualifications:
 Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive HR experience.
 Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
 Strong background in employee relations and performance management.
 Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, preferably in New York.
 Experience implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect and build relationships at all levels.
 Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
 Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry standards.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
 Strong cultural understanding and ability to engage and collaborate with employees of all backgrounds.
 Initiative and self-motivation to drive HR programs and process improvements independently.
