Responsibilities:
• Conduct FBAs & create treatment plans
• Supervise & support RBTs
• Implement ABA programs (skill building & behavior reduction)
• Provide caregiver training & collaboration
• Collect & analyze client progress data
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification + Georgia license
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years ABA experience (ASD preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Must live in/near Atlanta, GA
