We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales department and help us keep things running smoothly. If you're organized, resourceful, great with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
– Help clients reset account access, recover login details, or troubleshoot issues
– Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
– Offer basic customer service related to sales status, payments, and general questions
Sales Operations:
– Manage urgent task queues and prioritize time-sensitive items (Urgent group/Whatsapp)
– Assist with gaining access to old or locked accounts (email recovery, password resets, etc.)
– Update and maintain our CRM system daily
– Take ownership of the “Issues” doc and follow up on outstanding items
– Help with light sales and lead follow-up when needed
Team Support:
– Assist with ongoing department projects and initiatives
– Communicate with internal team members to keep everything aligned and efficient
– Call banks and credit card companies to assist with transfers.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, problem-solving attitude
Highly organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Basic tech-savviness (familiarity with CRM tools and working with online accounts)
Able to follow systems, take initiative, and think one step ahead
Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is a plus
Fluent in English.
