Position Highlights
Receive a steady flow of new client referrals.
Hourly position with office-provided overhead, reception, furnishings, billing, booking software, and basic supplies.

Requirements
Active North Carolina licensure as an LCMHC, LS, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LCSW, LMHC, MFT, PsyD, or PhD.
Malpractice insurance, cell phone, and reliable internet.

Tasks:
-Coordinate and schedule all individual and group sessions in the community calendar
-Manage wait-lists and promptly fill cancellations or no-show slots
-Respond to resident, family, and referral inquiries via phone or email
-Utilize the AdvancedMD EHR system for scheduling, documentation, and progress notes
-Complete SOAP/progress notes immediately after each session
-Maintain up-to-date consents, risk-screen tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7), and safety plans
-Perform weekly self-audits of charts to ensure documentation accuracy
-Adapt session plans on the fly based on real-time resident feedback
-Develop weekly group-therapy themes, handouts, slide decks, and activity materials
