Tasks-
Lead a team of 5-20 people 
Go through plans
Review previous work
Communicate with team
Report the proper materials needed
Send out team to proper locations
Be on top of layouts
Work along with the team to make sure everything is done correctly

Qualifications-
4 years foreman experience minimum 
Experience using Trimble or transit (software)
Must be experienced reading blueprints
Goal driven
Detail oriented 
Good communication skills
Knowing Potregues is a plus
Must speak English
