Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting initial and/or ongoing client assessments, which may include ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
- Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.
- Providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Supervising the ongoing ABA programs, assessing program performance, and making adjustments as needed.
- Delivering ABA training to parents/ caregivers and cultivating strong, and supportive relationships.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid & Remote options
- Quarterly bonuses and additional bonus opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- LBA Certification in North Carolina
