Scheduling (PCA) Coordinator

Boro Park, NY
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism
and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
 Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need.
 Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
 Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team
members.
 Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Intake, to assist with
translation when/if needed.
Requirements:
 Customer Service Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
 Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
 Good communication skills
 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 Bilingual in Spanish or Bengali or Mandarin/Cantonese or Russian a must
